Refund and Exchange

Preorder and customized items are not refundable or exchangeable.  

Do you accept refunds? 

Refunds or Exchanges must be authorized, please reach out to us at sales@tmarieartcompany.com for further information. 

  • refund or exchange must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order
  • the returned items must be unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days
  • shipping cost will not be refunded 
  • the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item
  • any return is must have a tracking number, that must be emailed to us 
  • your refund will be issued upon inspection of the returned product

 

 

What do I do if my package is lost?

Contact us at sales@tmarieartcompany.com if you believe that your package is lost, we are more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue

 

 

Can I exchange an item in my order?

Feel free to reach out to us within 24 hours, if your order has not been shipped we are more than willing to exchange your item.
